Refund and Cancellation Policy

We follow a reliable, no hassle, refund and cancellation policy.
Please read the guidelines governing these policies.

If you wish to cancel your account, notify us at least before end of your term (via an email to support@rapidinventory.com).

Upon cancellation, your data is deleted from our servers. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.

If you wish to receive a refund for your charge, please reach to support@rapidinventory.com within 30 days of the charge to receive a refund. After 30 days we will not be able to issue any refunds for the previous month’s charges.
